Responsible

• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers in finding suitable products, and educate them about Beneunder’s innovative outdoor lifestyle solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and offering tailored product recommendations.
• Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing according to brand guidelines.
• Process sales through POS systems accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in stock management, receiving shipments, and keeping product displays well-stocked.
• Develop deep knowledge of Beneunder’s product range and share insights with customers.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain a smooth and efficient retail environment.

• Demonstrate attention to detail in personal grooming and maintain a professional image suitable for representing the brand.
• Possess an energetic and agile personality, be consistently cheerful and smiling, with a positive customer service attitude.
• Be responsible, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Be capable of handling pressure or urgent situations effectively.
• Be able to work 6 days per week (with days off not necessarily on Saturday-Sunday or public holidays) and be flexible to work in shifts.
• Prior retail sales or service experience, especially in fashion apparel, will be highly regarded.
• Proficiency in English or Chinese language will be a significant advantage.
• Be immediately available for special consideration.

Commission (in addition to basic salary) ranges from THB 6,500 to THB 33,000, depending on individual sales performance.
